Roamly App Terms of Service
Last updated 7 November 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and The Roamly World Private Limited (“Roamly”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office at C/O Sita Ram Meel, Village Meelnagar, Mukundgarh, Nawalgarh, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333705, India, for your use of the Roamly mobile app, including any version shown under a hotel’s own name (the “App”).
By installing, signing in to or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our App Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.
2. Use of the App
The App is made available to employees of hotels that subscribe to Roamly (each a “Hotel”) to help them serve guests better. The Hotel’s use of Roamly is governed by its own agreement with us; these Terms cover your personal use of the App.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and employed by, or working for, a Hotel that has given you access.
- Your account is created or approved by your Hotel. Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell your manager or us at once if you think someone else has used it.
4. Your Hotel
Your Hotel decides who has access to the App and for how long, and may change your permissions or remove you at any time. Your employment and workplace rules are matters between you and your Hotel. Roamly is not your employer.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for your work at your Hotel, and not to:
- use guest information for anything other than serving the guest;
- send messages or upload content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or unrelated to your work;
- try to access accounts or data you have not been given access to;
- copy, change, reverse-engineer or resell the App, or interfere with its security; or
- use the App in any way that breaks the law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
6. Availability and alerts
We update the App from time to time through Google Play, and an old version may stop working. The App may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or events beyond our control. Some features depend on permissions on your phone, its settings and your internet connection. We do not promise that every alert or notification will arrive. Do not rely on the App for emergencies; follow your Hotel’s own procedures.
7. Intellectual property and licence
The App, its design, software, text and the Roamly name and logo belong to Roamly or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for your work at your Hotel, for as long as you have access. Content you add to the App belongs to your Hotel, and you allow us to store and process it to run the App.
8. Third-party services
The App is distributed through Google Play and uses third-party services. Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for websites the App links to.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use information is explained in the App Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Delete your account). Your access ends automatically when your Hotel removes you or stops using Roamly.
We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or if the law requires it. Sections 7, 11, 12 and 13 continue after your access ends.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every need, and we exclude all implied warranties.
To the extent the law allows, Roamly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, earnings or employment, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Because the App is free for you, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the App is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Roamly for any loss, claim or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that arises because you broke these Terms or the law while using the App.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter. Subject to that, the courts at Jhunjhunu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, you can raise a complaint about the App with our Grievance Officer:
Grievance Officer, The Roamly World Private Limited
Email: contact@roamly.world
We will respond within one month.
15. Changes and general terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its date. Using the App after a change means you accept it.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over our business; you may not transfer them. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
